I was just wondering:  how do you get all the time to read all our letters we are constantly sending you, and then to send us all a WOW every day?!  I just wanted to tell you I think that’s great that you do that.  It helps give everyone a little burst of that “good, tingly feeling!”  If you get time to answer this, will you tell me what gave you this idea (about WOW)?  I’d really like to know!  Thanks!  I’d appreciate it!

Seriously.  Great job.  I include some of your quotes to my missionary son in the Florida Tampa mission.  You are a winner.  Just like in tennis, you only win when you serve.

Ashton about discouragement, and it gave me a good excuse to get in a better mood.  So Thank you very much for the time and effort you spend every day sending these messages. They indeed are uplifting.
